Special Public Observation at Lim Observatory. 

If you want to see a meteor shower, don't miss this event.

Depending on the sky condition, you may see a few hundreds of meteors that night. We will show you other objects as well, such as the planet Saturn, Jupiter, beautiful star clusters, nebulae and even galaxies. 

There's no requirement at all. It's open to all, regardless of age, race, gender, education level, profession. Just come. Don't say we 'bojio'. (didn't invite like penang hokkien people say) 

But for your own comfort, we would advise you to bring warm clothing, light snack and drink and portable chair or something for you to sit on the ground. You can also bring your cameras to shoot the meteors.

Please park on the left side of the roadside (the observatory is on the right). Do keep the noise level down as this is a nice and peaceful kampung area.
